ทรงตำหนิประเพณีของพวกฟาริสี (มธ 15:1-20)
7:1 แล้วพวกฟาริสีกับพวกธรรมาจารย์บางคน ซึ่งมาจากกรุงเยรูซาเล็ม ได้รวมกันมาหาพระองค์

Pharisee's Traditions Rebuked (Matt. 15:1-20)
7:1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.

7:2 และเมื่อพวกเขาได้เห็นพวกสาวกของพระองค์บางคนรับประทานอาหารด้วยมือที่เป็นมลทิน คือมือที่มิได้ล้างก่อน พวกเขาก็ถือว่าผิด

7:2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.

7:3 เพราะว่าพวกฟาริสีกับพวกยิวทั้งสิ้น ถ้าพวกเขาไม่ล้างมือของตนบ่อย ๆ ก็ไม่รับประทานเลย โดยถือประเพณีของพวกผู้อาวุโส

7:3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

7:4 และเมื่อพวกเขามาจากตลาด ถ้าพวกเขาไม่ล้างก่อน พวกเขาก็ไม่รับประทานเลย และมีสิ่งอื่น ๆ อีกมากมายซึ่งพวกเขาได้รับมาเพื่อถือปฏิบัติ เช่นการล้างบรรดาถ้วย และเหยือกทั้งหลาย และพวกภาชนะทองเหลือง และโต๊ะต่าง ๆ

7:4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

7:5 แล้วพวกฟาริสีกับพวกธรรมาจารย์จึงถามพระองค์ว่า “ทำไมพวกสาวกของท่านไม่ดำเนินชีวิตตามประเพณีของพวกผู้อาวุโส แต่รับประทานอาหารด้วยมือที่มิได้ล้างเสียก่อน”

7:5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

7:6 พระองค์ทรงตอบและตรัสกับพวกเขาว่า “อิสยาห์ได้พยากรณ์ถึงพวกท่านพวกหน้าซื่อใจคดก็ถูกต้องแล้ว ตามที่มีเขียนไว้ว่า ‘ชนชาตินี้ให้เกียรติเราด้วยริมฝีปากของพวกเขา แต่ใจของพวกเขาอยู่ห่างไกลจากเรา

7:6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

7:7 แต่พวกเขานมัสการเราโดยไร้ประโยชน์ โดยสอนบรรดาบทบัญญัติของมนุษย์เป็นหลักคำสอนทั้งหลาย’

7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

7:8 เพราะโดยการละทิ้งพระบัญญัติของพระเจ้า ท่านทั้งหลายถือประเพณีของมนุษย์ เช่นการล้างบรรดาถ้วยและเหยือกทั้งหลาย และสิ่งอื่น ๆ เช่นนี้อีกหลายสิ่ง ท่านทั้งหลายก็ทำอยู่”

7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

7:9 และพระองค์ตรัสแก่พวกเขาว่า “ท่านทั้งหลายปฏิเสธพระบัญญัติของพระเจ้าอย่างเต็มที่จริง ๆ เพื่อท่านทั้งหลายจะได้ถือประเพณีของพวกท่านเอง

7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

7:10 เพราะโมเสสได้กล่าวไว้ว่า ‘จงให้เกียรติแก่บิดาของเจ้าและมารดาของเจ้า’ และ ‘ผู้ใดก็ตามที่แช่งด่าบิดาหรือมารดา จงให้ผู้นั้นถูกประหารชีวิต’

7:10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

7:11 แต่พวกท่านกล่าวว่า ‘ถ้าผู้ใดจะกล่าวแก่บิดาหรือมารดาของตนว่า “สิ่งใดก็ตามของข้าพเจ้าซึ่งอาจเป็นประโยชน์แก่ท่าน สิ่งนั้นเป็นโกระบัน แปลว่า เป็นของถวายแล้ว เขาจะเป็นไท”’

7:11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

7:12 และท่านทั้งหลายจึงไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้นั้นทำสิ่งใดต่อไปเพื่อบิดาของเขาหรือมารดาของเขา

7:12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

7:13 จึงทำให้พระวจนะของพระเจ้าไม่มีผลกระทบใด ๆ โดยประเพณีของพวกท่าน ซึ่งพวกท่านได้มอบไว้ และสิ่งอื่น ๆ เช่นนี้อีกหลายสิ่ง ท่านทั้งหลายก็ทำอยู่”

7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

7:14 และเมื่อพระองค์ทรงเรียกประชาชนทุกคนให้เข้ามาหาพระองค์ พระองค์ตรัสกับพวกเขาว่า “พวกท่านทุกคนจงตั้งใจฟังเราและเข้าใจเถิด

7:14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:

7:15 ไม่มีสิ่งใดจากภายนอกมนุษย์ ที่เข้าไปภายในมนุษย์จะกระทำให้มนุษย์เป็นมลทินได้ แต่สิ่งทั้งหลายซึ่งออกมาจากภายในมนุษย์ สิ่งเหล่านั้นเป็นสิ่งที่กระทำให้มนุษย์เป็นมลทิน

7:15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

7:16 ถ้าผู้ใดมีหูที่จะฟัง จงให้ผู้นั้นฟังเถิด”

7:16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

7:17 และเมื่อพระองค์ได้เสด็จเข้าไปในบ้านหลังหนึ่งพ้นจากประชาชนแล้ว พวกสาวกของพระองค์ก็ได้ทูลถามพระองค์เกี่ยวกับคำอุปมานั้น

7:17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

7:18 และพระองค์ตรัสกับพวกเขาว่า “ท่านทั้งหลายยังปราศจากความเข้าใจด้วยหรือ พวกท่านยังไม่รับรู้หรือว่า สิ่งใดก็ตามจากภายนอกที่เข้าไปภายในมนุษย์ สิ่งนั้นไม่สามารถกระทำให้มนุษย์เป็นมลทินได้

7:18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

7:19 เพราะว่าสิ่งนั้นไม่เข้าไปในใจของเขา แต่เข้าไปในท้อง และออกลงไปในส้วม ทำให้อาหารทุกอย่างปราศจากมลทิน”

7:19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

7:20 และพระองค์ตรัสว่า “สิ่งซึ่งออกมาจากภายในมนุษย์ สิ่งนั้นทำให้มนุษย์เป็นมลทิน

7:20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

7:21 เพราะว่าจากภายใน คือออกมาจากใจมนุษย์ มีบรรดาความคิดชั่วร้าย การเล่นชู้ การล่วงประเวณี การฆาตกรรม

7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

7:22 การลักขโมย การโลภ ความชั่ว การล่อลวง ราคะตัณหา แววตาอันชั่วร้าย การหมิ่นประมาท ความเย่อหยิ่ง ความโฉดเขลา

7:22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

7:23 สารพัดสิ่งชั่วร้ายเหล่านี้มาจากภายใน และทำให้มนุษย์เป็นมลทิน”

7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

ทรงรักษาลูกสาวของหญิงชาติซีเรียฟีนิเซียที่มีผีเข้าสิงอยู่ให้หาย (มธ 15:21-28)
7:24 และพระองค์ทรงลุกขึ้นเสด็จไปจากที่นั่น และเข้าไปในเขตแดนแห่งเมืองไทระและเมืองไซดอน และเข้าไปในบ้านหลังหนึ่ง และประสงค์จะไม่ให้ผู้ใดรู้ แต่พระองค์จะถูกซ่อนอยู่ไม่ได้

The Devil Possessed Daughter of a Syrophoenician Woman Healed (Matt. 15:21-28)
7:24 And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

7:25 เพราะผู้หญิงคนหนึ่ง ผู้ซึ่งลูกสาวของตนมีผีโสโครกตนหนึ่งเข้าสิงอยู่ ได้ยินเรื่องพระองค์ และมาและกราบลงที่พระบาทของพระองค์

7:25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:

7:26 ผู้หญิงคนนั้นเป็นชาวกรีก ชนชาติซีเรียฟีนิเซีย และนางทูลอ้อนวอนพระองค์ ขอให้พระองค์ขับผีนั้นออกจากลูกสาวของตน

7:26 The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

7:27 แต่พระเยซูตรัสกับนางนั้นว่า “จงให้ลูก ๆ กินอิ่มเสียก่อน เพราะว่าไม่สมควรที่จะเอาอาหารของลูก ๆ ไป และโยนอาหารนั้นให้แก่พวกสุนัข”

7:27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

7:28 และนางตอบและทูลพระองค์ว่า “จริงพระองค์เจ้าข้า แต่พวกสุนัขที่อยู่ใต้โต๊ะนั้นย่อมกินเศษอาหารของลูก ๆ”

7:28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

7:29 และพระองค์ตรัสกับนางว่า “เพราะเหตุถ้อยคำนี้จงไปตามทางของเจ้าเถิด ผีนั้นออกจากลูกสาวของเจ้าแล้ว”

7:29 And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

7:30 และเมื่อนางมาถึงบ้านของตน นางได้พบว่าผีนั้นออกไปแล้ว และลูกสาวของตนนอนอยู่บนที่นอน

7:30 And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.

ทรงรักษาชายที่หูหนวกและเป็นใบ้ให้หาย (มธ 15:29-31)
7:31 และอีกครั้ง เมื่อเสด็จไปจากเขตแดนแห่งเมืองไทระและเมืองไซดอนแล้ว พระองค์ดำเนินมายังทะเลกาลิลี โดยผ่านในท่ามกลางเขตแดนแห่งแคว้นทศบุรี

Deaf and Dumb Man Healed (Matt. 15:29-31)
7:31 And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.

7:32 และเขาทั้งหลายพาชายหูหนวกคนหนึ่งมาหาพระองค์ และมีสิ่งหนึ่งที่ขัดขวางในการพูดของเขา และพวกเขาทูลอ้อนวอนพระองค์ให้ทรงวางพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์บนคนนั้น

7:32 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

7:33 และพระองค์ทรงนำคนนั้นออกจากประชาชนไปอยู่ต่างหาก และทรงเอานิ้วพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์ยอนเข้าในหูทั้งสองของชายผู้นั้น และพระองค์ทรงบ้วนน้ำลาย และแตะลิ้นของคนนั้น

7:33 And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

7:34 และทรงเงยพระพักตร์ดูฟ้าสวรรค์ พระองค์ทรงถอนพระทัย และตรัสกับคนนั้นว่า “เอฟฟาธา” แปลว่า “จงถูกเปิดออก”

7:34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

7:35 และในทันใดนั้นหูทั้งสองของคนนั้นก็ถูกเปิดออก และสิ่งที่ขัดลิ้นของเขานั้นก็หลุดไป และเขาพูดได้ชัด

7:35 And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.

7:36 และพระองค์ทรงกำชับพวกเขาว่า พวกเขาไม่ควรบอกเล่าแก่ผู้ใดเลย แต่ยิ่งพระองค์ทรงกำชับพวกเขามากเท่าไร พวกเขาก็ยิ่งประกาศเรื่องนี้มากขึ้นเท่านั้น

7:36 And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

7:37 และประหลาดใจเหลือขนาด โดยกล่าวว่า “พระองค์ทรงกระทำสิ่งสารพัดอย่างดีทั้งนั้น พระองค์ทรงกระทำทั้งคนหูหนวกให้ได้ยิน และคนใบ้ให้พูดได้”

7:37 And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
